Q1: What type of cartridge should I use for my faucet? There is no specific cartridge that fits all faucets. It is recommended to remove the original cartridge and compare its size to find a suitable replacement.

Q2: How do I remove the old cartridge and install the new one? 1. Turn off the water supply and insert a plug to prevent losing screws or small parts. 2. Open the tap to drain any remaining water in the pipes. 3. Remove the head of the faucet handle by locating and unscrewing the grub screw at the back or under a screw cover. 4. Unscrew any shroud or cover present. 5. Unscrew the old cartridge from the tap block in an anti-clockwise direction. 6. Clean the inside of the tap block and ensure there is no debris or old gasket left inside. 7. Install the new cartridge, ensuring a test fit before using a spanner to prevent damage. 8. Reassemble the tap head onto the body.
